Abstract: Quality and safety is the root of enterprise survival, is the important content of enterprise production and management strategy. In order to urge employees to enhance their awareness of quality and safety, Colid Company has added a quality and safety performance appraisal bonus and set up a quality and safety appraisal team to assess the quality and safety work of the whole company on a monthly basis. The assessment is based on the company's existing quality and safety rules and regulations. Before the formal assessment, the members of the assessment team will hold an assessment publicity meeting for the assessed department to make all employees realize the purpose and significance of the assessment and promote their determination to work actively and efficiently. Since July, three examinations have been conducted.

Under the premise that a leader attaches importance to it and all employees resolutely implement the rules and regulations, we firmly believe that the quality of Colid's products will be steadily improved, and Colid's safety management will reach a new level.
