II. The public can contact the construction unit by phone to visit the Dalian Songmudao Chemical Industry Development Zone, located on the east side of Wei Yi Street in the Dalian Pawan Economic Zone. ( Dalian KeliDe Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. At the guard station, review the paper report.
III. Scope of Public Consultation: The project is located on the east side of Wei Yi Street in the Dalian Songmudao Chemical Industry Development Zone, Dalian Pawan Economic Zone. According to the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment” (Ministry Order No. [number not provided]),… No. 4), the scope of public participation for soliciting comments covers the environmental protection targets within the project assessment scope, which primarily include: Songmudao Village, Haidao New Village, Chentun, Linshan Village, Nanhai Tou Local resident citizens, legal entities, and other organizations within the region. Members of the public outside the scope of the assessment are also welcome to submit comments and suggestions related to the environmental impacts of this project.
IV. Ways and Channels for Public Comment: The public may submit comments after the draft Environmental Impact Report for this project is made publicly available. Within 5 working days, please complete the public comment form and submit it to the project developer or the evaluation agency via email, mail, or other means.
