Abstract: On September 22, 2012, Colid Safety Committee organized safety management personnel, safety officers of various departments and workshop management personnel to carry out safety management development training. The theme of this training is "teamwork and perseverance". Location selection in Dalian Jinlong Temple Forest Park. In this training, we inspected and tested the organization, planning, coordination and effectiveness of each team in specific projects through expansion games and team mountaineering competitions. Through this training, the team members have honed their perseverance to overcome difficulties, improved their ability to solve problems, and enhanced their sense of responsibility for collective participation.
