Abstract: In order to strengthen process management and ensure the effective control of the company's production workshop process technology, the Ministry of Production Technology formulated the "Process Management System and Assessment Management Measures" in November 2012. It is specified in the regulations that the production technology department is the centralized management department of the company's process technology control, responsible for the process management of daily production, organizing the preparation and revision of regular process documents and the daily supervision and assessment of process discipline on the production site; Each team in the production workshop is responsible for implementing process discipline and controlling process quality as required. It has been five months since the implementation of the process management system and assessment management measures. In the past five months, the director of the production workshop and the process engineer insisted on inspecting the production process every day, and the production technology department insisted on inspecting the production process once a week. From our inspection, both the workshop production line and the person in charge of the workshop have done a serious process to perform their work, effectively ensuring the stability of production quality.
