Jointly sponsored by the International Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Association (SEMI) and the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC), the SEMICON,SOLARCON and FPD China2013 exhibitions were successfully held in Shanghai New International Exhibition Center from 3.19 to 21.
