Abstract: On October 26 and 27, 2013, Colid Company ushered in an annual external audit of the quality management system. This audit was conducted by the audit team sent by Northeast Certification Company. The company's senior managers, management representatives, competent leaders and relevant personnel from the quality inspection department, production technology department, operation department and comprehensive department participated in the audit. This audit is also the third company renewal audit of Colid since the quality system certification in 2003. Audit criteria include: GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008, company quality management system documents, applicable laws and regulations

On October 26 and 27, 2013, Colid Company welcomed the annual external audit of the quality management system. This audit was conducted by the audit team sent by Northeast Certification Company. The company's senior managers, management representatives, competent leaders and relevant personnel from the quality inspection department, production technology department, operation department and comprehensive department participated in the audit.
This audit is also the third company renewal audit of Colid since the quality system certification in 2003. Audit criteria include: GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008, company quality management system documents, applicable laws and regulations. The audit scope includes: high-purity electron gas series, high-purity metal organic compound series, and system processes/elements and sites involved in the production of standard gases.
After two days of on-site audit, the audit team made a comprehensive evaluation on the operation of Colid's quality management system from seven aspects-quality policy and quality objectives, organizational structure and resource management, planning and control of product realization, monitoring and measurement of system process and products, customer satisfaction and meeting the requirements of laws and regulations, internal audit and management review and continuous improvement, and other aspects. It is believed that: the quality management system documents are reasonable in structure, the content meets the requirements, can combine the actual and product characteristics, and are more adequate and appropriate, and agree to recommend certification registration.
The approval of the quality management system also marks that the quality management system of Colid has been tested again. We believe that in the future, the company will continue to provide customers with high-quality products and services in terms of product quality management.
