Abstract: Recently, it was learned from the 2016 China Petroleum and Chemical Private Enterprise Development Conference held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing that Chairman Zhao Yi of our company was awarded the "Twelfth Five-Year" China Petroleum and Chemical Outstanding Private Entrepreneur and was invited to attend the award ceremony. The meeting was hosted by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and undertaken by the China Chemical Industry Economic and Technological Development Center and the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Working Committee. Gu Xiulian, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Shousheng, president of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, made a "comprehensive implementation of the five new development concepts and strive to create a private enterprise in the 13th five-year Plan."

Ma Xianghui, deputy director of the Bureau of small and medium-sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Ye Dongbai, former science and technology counsellor of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology in New York, made special reports. This conference is the largest event for China's petroleum and chemical private enterprises and entrepreneurs, and the most influential conference for China's petroleum and chemical private enterprises.
At the meeting, outstanding private enterprises and outstanding private entrepreneurs in China's petroleum and chemical industry during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" were commended. It is understood that outstanding private enterprises and outstanding private entrepreneurs are based on the requirements of the "Notice on the Selection of Outstanding Private Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of China's Petroleum and Chemical Industry during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan" (China Petrochemical Enterprise Development [2016]65). Voluntary declaration, recommend by national professional associations, professional committees, local petroleum and chemical industry management departments, industry associations and relevant departments, preliminary review, review, and review by the review committee, in the end, a total of 185 enterprises across the country won the title of excellent private enterprises, and 164 entrepreneurs won the title of excellent private entrepreneurs.
Chairman Zhao Yi said after the meeting: 2016 is the first year for the implementation of the 13th five-year Plan and the crucial year for promoting structural reform.
