On June 30, Dalian Kelide Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. further promoted the 19th "Safety Production Month" activity and carried out a comprehensive emergency plan exercise for major hazard sources. The company's deputy general manager, production director, and heads of various departments totaled 71 People participated in the exercise. At about 10: 00 a.m., with the company's leaders announcing the "drill start", the drill officially began. This drill simulates the leakage of solenoid valve flange at the outlet of raw material tank in ammonia storage tank area. The drill is divided into eight links: accident occurrence, accident reporting, initial treatment, plan start-up, emergency rescue and evacuation, environmental monitoring, personnel decontamination, and drill evaluation. The teams at the drill site responded in a timely manner, cooperated closely, and completed the accident disposal efficiently. After the environmental monitoring was qualified and the rescuers were decontamination, the on-site drill ended. Through the joint efforts of all parties, the actual combat drill was a complete success. The whole exercise lasted about 30 minutes. Through the exercise, all employees had a deeper understanding of the emergency response methods after the safety accident, effectively improved the safety emergency response ability of employees, and provided a strong guarantee for the company's safety production work.
