In July 2001, Dalian F.T.Z CREDIT Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. was officially registered in Dalian Free Trade Zone.

In October 2001, the company undertook the purification technical project of high-purity ultra-clean ammonia (6N) of the tenth five-year 863 program.

In April 2002, the company undertook the high-tech industrialization demonstration project of high-purity ammonia of National Development and Reform Commission.

In November 2003, the company obtained a dangerous chemical operating and production license.

In August 2004, the company obtained a license for manufacturing measuring instruments of the People’s Republic of China.

In July 2005, its high-purity ammonia project was awarded a national high-tech industrialization demonstration project.

In November 2006, the company obtained a national key new product certificate for its 7N white ammonia.

In December 2006, the company undertook the ultra-purity ammonia (7N) purification project of the 11th five-year 863 program.

In August 2008, the company obtained a national semiconductor technology innovation award.

In October 2010, the output of its high-purity ammonia products broke through 1,000 tons.

In December 2011, its sales broke through RMB 0.1 billion.

In October 2012, the company invested RMB 0.12 billion in setting up a new factory in Songmudao Chemical Industrial Park, Dalian City.
